Getting started

What are the first steps to start using Conju Gate?

  • Open the app and pick the interface language that suits you best.
  • Optionally sign in to sync your progress across devices.
  • Visit Settings to choose the tenses and moods you want to focus on.
  • Launch a quiz from Practice or open any verb from the Search or Verbs tabs.

What will I find in each main tab?

  • Home: Jump back into a quick practice session and see your recent activity.
  • Search: Look up any verb instantly with full conjugations.
  • Verbs/Lists: Browse curated groups and save verbs to your custom lists.
  • Practice/Exercises: Start drills that use the tenses, moods, and pronouns you selected in Settings.
  • Progress: Review stats, streaks, and tenses that still need work.
  • Settings: Change language, audio, notifications, and manage your Pro plan.

Which learning modes are available?

  • Fill-in-the-blank: Complete sentences by choosing the right conjugation.
  • All 6 persons: Conjugate the verb for every pronoun in a grid view.
  • Smart review: Focus automatically on tenses and verbs where you need reinforcement.
  • Listening practice: Turn on audio prompts to train your ear while you answer.

Subscriptions and pricing

Is Conju Gate free to use?

Yes. The app is free to download and enjoy. The free tier includes ads to keep the core experience free for everyone.

What do the Pro plans include?

  • Pro Monthly — $0.99/month: Removes all banner and interstitial ads.
  • Pro Plus — $1.99/month: Unlocks AI-generated example sentences for every verb and removes ads.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Conju Gate subscriptions are auto-renewing and managed directly through your device’s app store. Cancel any time before the renewal date.

  • iOS: App Store → profile icon → Subscriptions → Conju Gate.
  • Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Conju Gate.

Connectivity and platforms

Can I use Conju Gate offline?

Conju Gate is currently an online-first experience so it can deliver live content, sync your progress, and manage ads or subscriptions. We’re exploring lightweight offline packs (frequent verbs plus recent drills) for a future update.

Which devices and operating systems are supported?

Conju Gate is available on iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 13.4 or later, iPad, and Apple silicon Macs on macOS 11.0 or later via Mac Catalyst. It also supports visionOS 1.0.

On Android, Conju Gate is available through Google Play. Minimum Android versions can vary by device—installing from Google Play will confirm compatibility automatically.

Account and billing

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same App Store or Google Play account you used originally. Active subscriptions are restored automatically by the store.

If you see a restore button in the app, tap it while connected to the internet to refresh your entitlement.

How do I reset my password or change my sign-in method?

If you use Apple or Google to sign in, manage credentials through that provider. For email/password accounts, contact support at contact@appconjugate.com from the email linked to your account and we’ll help you reset access.

Who handles billing and refunds?

Apple and Google process all payments and refunds in line with their store policies. For refund eligibility or timing, please refer to the App Store or Google Play refund guidelines.

Support and privacy

How can I contact support?

Email contact@appconjugate.com and we’ll reply within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

How does Conju Gate handle my data?

We do not share your data with third parties. Limited information such as contact details or device identifiers may be collected to keep your account working and improve the app.

Ads on the free tier are served through Google AdMob, and subscription payments are handled by Apple and Google—Conju Gate never stores your payment details. You can request data deletion by emailing contact@appconjugate.com.

Which languages does the app support?

Conju Gate’s interface is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese (including Brazilian), Russian, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, with more being added over time.

Does the free version include ads?

Yes. Ads support the free experience. Upgrade to Pro Monthly or Pro Plus to remove them entirely.

Can I use Conju Gate in a classroom setting?

Absolutely. Conju Gate works well for self-study, tutoring, and classrooms. Students don’t need unique logins—just share the app and let them practice at their own pace.
